You may advise JCF of the names of authorized persons who may recommend grants from your fund during your lifetime or after your death. Or, you may provide a list of IRS-qualified public charities that you recommend receive annual donations from your fund in perpetuity. Or you may do both.
Use the Appointment of Recommenders and Successor Recommenders form to notify JCF of the requested succession plan for your fund. Your succession plan must be in writing and must be submitted to JCF for approval during your lifetime (not in your will).
