BROWSER COMPATIBILITY

This web site is best viewed with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or Mozilla Firefox with screen resolution set to 800 x 600 pixels. 

The recommended minimum browser versions are:

Microsoft version 5.5, Netscape Communicator 4.73, or Mozilla Firefox 1.0

Mac users: If you're using Safari browser to browse the internet, please upgrade to version 1.2 to get optimal compatibility. This upgrade is available for free at http://www.apple.com/safari/download/.


AutoComplete Settings (Microsoft Internet Explorer)

If your password is entered automatically when you type in your user name, please follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. On the menu on top, click Tools and then Internet Options.
3. In the Internet Options window, click the Content tab.
4. In the Personal information frame, click the AutoComplete button.
5. In the AutoComplete Settings window, uncheck 'User names and passwords on forms' option. (Optional: You may also want to clear the passwords currently stored in Internet Explorer. You can do so by clicking the Clear Passwords button).
7. Click the OK button twice to save your settings and go back to browsing the internet.


Clearing your browser's cache:

Internet Explorer 5.x and newer

1. From the tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. In the General tab, in the frame called "Temporary Internet files", click the Delete Files button.
3. In the Delete files window, select "Delete all offline content" option and click the OK button. This may take some time and depends on the size of your browser's cache.
4. Once the cache is clear, you should be back at the Internet options window. Click the OK button to continue browsing the internet.

Netscape Communicator 4.x and Netscape Navigator 4.x and newer

1. From the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2. In the Category area, double-click Advanced. Then click Cache.
3. Press the Clear Memory Cache button. Then click OK.
4. Now, press the Clear Disk Cache button. Then click OK.
5. Finally, click the OK button to exit.

Mozilla Firefox 1.x and newer 1. From the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the left icon menu, select Privacy.
3. In the Cache area, click the Clear button.
4. Now, click the OK button to leave the options screen
